5. Rights of Data Subject under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
The data subject has the right to apply to the Company and request information about:

- The third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

As data owners, you can communicate your requests related to your rights to the Company through the methods regulated below. The Company will conclude the request in the shortest time and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for up to ten pages in the response provided. For each page over ten, a transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged. If the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee charged by the Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
You can submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above in writing in Turkish and using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to and registered in our system by the Company, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

- Your Republic of Turkey identification number for Turkish citizens, or your nationality and passport number or identification number, if you are a foreign national
- Your residential or workplace address for service of notice
- Your electronic mail address, phone and fax numbers, if any, that are notified to the Company
- The subject of your request, and if there is any, any information and documents related to the subject must be attached to the application.
You can submit your applications using the KVKK Application Form available on our website. If you want to submit a written application, you can submit it to the Company’s address as the data controller at Akdeniz Mah. Cumhuriyet Blv. No: 81/501 Konak/İZMİR by attaching the necessary documents.
It is important to provide complete and accurate information and documents depending on the nature of your request. Failure to provide the requested information and documents may result in delays in the investigations to be carried out by the Company. Therefore, your application must be submitted in a complete manner and include the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
6. Storage Period of Personal Data
The Company will keep the personal data provided by the Data Subject for the period required by the processing purposes mentioned above.
In addition, the Company may store personal data for the limited time periods determined by the relevant legislation, solely for the purpose of being able to carry out necessary defenses in case of any disputes that may arise between the Data Subject and the Company.

The Company undertakes to take the necessary technical and administrative measures and to carry out necessary audits to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to:
