Goldoni S.p.A. is an Italian agricultural machinery manufacturer founded by Celestino Goldoni in Migliarina, Modena, Italy, in 1926. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of agricultural equipment, including specialized tractors, equal size wheel tractors, tractors with loading platforms, and motorized cultivators.

History

  • 1926: Celestino Goldoni founded “Goldoni Agricultural Machinery” and initiated the production of irrigation pumps.
  • 1950: The company expanded its product range to include motocultivators and motomowers, which were distributed through an exclusive commercial agreement with Federconsorzi in Italy.
  • 1967: Goldoni produced its first tractors, starting with the “Export” series. This marked the company’s entry into the tractor manufacturing sector. Subsequently, it introduced the “Universal” series and began expanding internationally through trade agreements.
  • 1969: Goldoni entered into an agreement with Cuba for the sale of 1500 tractors (GM4 and “Export”) for sugar cane fields.
  • 1978: The company established the branch “Goldoni France.”
  • 1980: Goldoni partnered with Tbilisi, Georgia, in the Soviet Union, for on-site production and marketing of “Goldoni 700” and “Cultivator Super 600” products.
  • 1982: Goldoni introduced the “Compact” tractor series, designed for orchards and vineyards.
  • 1984-1985: Goldoni granted a license to the Republic of China for on-site production and marketing of “Transporter,” “Goldoni 800,” “Universal,” and “RS 900” tractors and motormowers.
  • 1986: A collaboration with John Deere led to the production of orchard and vineyard tractors bearing the John Deere name and colors. Additionally, a partnership with Iran was established for on-site production and marketing of “Universal” and “900 RS” tractors and motormowers.
  • Early 1990s: Goldoni initiated the production of tracked specialized tractors.
  • 2002: The company introduced the series “Star Quadrifoglio,” specialized tractors designed for orchards and vineyards.
  • 2004: Goldoni inaugurated a new “research and development” department.
  • 2008: The “Boxter” tractor introduced by Goldoni won the “Technical Innovation” award at the EIMA International exhibition.
  • March 2021: Keestrack, a significant manufacturer of mining, recycling, and construction equipment, acquired Goldoni.
