This partnership led to the establishment of a joint venture, known as the Algerian Tractors Company ATC Spa, on August 16, 2012.

The agreement involved three key partners: ETRAG with a 36% stake, Pmat with 15%, and Massey Ferguson with the majority share of 41%. This collaboration has been instrumental in bringing advanced agricultural technology and equipment to Algeria, bolstering the nation’s agricultural capabilities.
